CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling/Cancellation: You can only reschedule once to avoid forfeiting your deposit. All rescheduling/cancellations must be done within 48 hours to give a potential client the chance to book. Running Late? : 10 min grace period- you will be charged a late fee after 10 minutes. After 15 mins your appointment WILL be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of service! This is due to having limited availability.
